Meetings Article VII - Meetings (fre- quency, special meetings and who calls them) C·Meet105·2 The voting proce- dure at general OQHA mem- bership meetings will be by straight majority, as indicated by a show of hands, or by secret ballot if duly demanded in ac- cordance with Robert’s Rules of Order. Article VIII - Quorum (num- ber of members required to transact business) C·Q101·1 A quorum of any general meeting of the Ontario Quarter Horse Association membership shall consist of at least 25 eligible voting mem- bers Article XI – Ratification (re- quirements for adopting this constitution) C·Ratif101·1 The Ontario Quarter Horse Association Constitution may only be amended at a general OQHA meeting of the membership by the affirmative vote of two- thirds of the members present.

3. JUDGE SELECTION SR·S&C·JS101·1 An AQHA judge can only officiate at one show in Ontario during one cal- endar year. The one-show rule in- cludes the Ontario Quarter Horse Breeders’ Futurity. However, an AQHA judge may judge two shows in Ontario only if the two shows are on consecutive days, and the judge does not judge a particular class but one time dur- ing the two shows. All novice youth/amateur and AQHA intro- ductory shows are exempt from this one OQHA show per year rule.
