After 19 Years Jane Wright Retires from Greenhawk Beamsville


Jane Wright has been with Greenhawk


since 2003. She started as a part sales associate and quickly moved to the assistant manager po- sition. Jane has a passion for all animals! She


owns a beautiful Thoroughbred, Sir Godfrey who is boarded at a farm in Beamsville. This horse has been her spoiled baby for so many years. Although Jane has not ridden Sir Godfrey in a few years, she loves to go to the barn, groom him, play with him and just spend time at barn. Over the years, Jane has owned several


Golden Retrievers, often from a rescue, offering these dogs the best life they could ever have. She also has a huge passion for cats and has a talent for keeping these kitties alive well in their twen- ties!


“The one thing that always struck our cus-


tomers as they walked in the Greenhawk Beamsville location,” says Nicole Dorion, Assistant Vice President, Operations, “was Jane’s ability to remember her clients by name and knowing just about everything about their horses.” Jane has always gone above and beyond for her clients. “As part of the management team in


our store location, Jane has had that mother figure to just about every team


member who worked for us, no matter how long or short time they stayed with us, they always felt they had an ally in Jane.”


Nicole goes on to say, “Jane was


starting to think about her retirement a few months ago, although we talked about it at great length, it still feels strange to not see her smiling face every morning! She had her own way of being the glue that binds us all together.”
