TILEMASTER ADHESIVES BOOSTS TEAM WITH FOUR NEW
APPOINTMENTS Tilemaster Adhesives has welcomed four new recruits to its team, as part of its ongoing expansion.
Robyn Lomas joins the accounts team, whilst Aaron Bargh, Caleb Stott and Alex Burley join the R&D laboratory team. This latest recruitment drive brings the total number of new Tilemaster employees joining this year to 13.
Robyn joins as Accounts Assistant, having gained initial financial experience in the care sector and recently started her professional accounting qualification.
Aaron and Alex each join the laboratory team as Quality Control Technicians. Aaron previously
worked in the logistics sector and was attracted to the lab environment. Alex has experience in the epoxy industry and is fluent in French. In their new roles, Aaron and Alex will be involved in a variety of lab duties, including product testing.
Caleb joins as a Development Chemist, his first graduate role
since completing a Chemistry degree at the University of Central Lancashire. His role will include researching and developing new formulations, as well as adapting existing products to meet ever- changing market needs.

BOSTIK STRENGTHENS
TILING TEAM Bostik, manufacturer of tile adhesives, grouts, sealants and other ancillary products, has strengthened its sales and support team to provide a greater level of service to customers.
As part of the move, 12 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) have had their areas of responsibility reassigned in order to join the expanded tiling team, enabling more face-to-face visits, trade events and product training to take place on a nationwide level. In addition, a new role of Technical Sales Manager has been created.
The new ASM team includes: Peter Swindells (East Midlands), Mark Smith (North West), Tom Dickens (East Anglia), Ann Berekis (West Midlands), Gerwin Murphy (London), Sarah Bartram (North East), Rob Jones (South Wales), Ben Farrington (South West), Matt Gill (Central), Chris Ansermoz (South East), Lewis Bell (West Yorkshire and Lancashire) and Ian McCallum (Scotland). All ASMs will report to Shaun Lee, National Sales Manager.

focus on providing training for trade counter staff and tilers, as well as technical support for contractors working on larger projects.
Commenting on the new team, Mat Basford, Sales Director at Bostik, said: “The decision to strengthen the tiling team in this way is purely based on the ability to offer greater face-
to-face support to professional tiling customers nationwide.
“By utilising David’s expertise in the new role of Technical Sales Manager, we’re also able to deliver more practical advice and training, either on-site or at our in-house training centre in Stafford.”
