Established in the late 1800s, the company has been designing and making test and measurement instruments that perform electrical measurements for preventative maintenance,
troubleshooting and commissioning for
decades. Megger products have supported customers all over the world to improve their facilities’ efficiency, reduce costs, extend the life of apparatus and through trending and analysis, anticipate equipment failure and future performance. It now has local offices in many locations with technical support teams and distributors all over the world.
The innovative construction of the service-free P50 fire extinguishers is saving FM companies significant amounts of money. In actual fact, savings have been as high as £300 per extinguisher over a ten year period. These extinguishers can also be refurbished for a further 10 years.
The P50 extinguishers do not require annual servicing by an external fire extinguisher technician;
instead they are simply
visually inspected once a year by a member of the customer’s FM team, with the inspection recorded in the fire safety logbook and on the extinguisher.
P50 service-free extinguishers are kitemarked by BSI to EN3, CE marked and tested to the most extreme performance tests available for extinguishers.
Safelincs are a nationwide fire safety specialists offering over 4500 product ranges. If you would like to know more about the P50 or talk to us about our full range of fire safety equipment, please contact us.
