BACK IN ACTION UK SETS THE STANDARD FOR WORKPLACE PHYSICAL HEALTH WITH SEQOHS ACCREDITATION
Back in Action UK has been awarded the highly coveted SEQOHS accreditation (Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service) to become the UK's only independent occupational physiotherapy service provider to be recognised in this way.
This prestigious certification, endorsed by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, is the gold standard for occupational health services, ensuring that providers meet rigorous standards of quality and safety.
By achieving this certification, Back in Action UK has demonstrated its dedication to delivering high- quality, effective, and safe occupational health services that meet the needs of employers and employees alike across its comprehensive range of occupational physiotherapy services, which include:
● Specialist on-site and off-site physiotherapy. ● Ergonomic assessments and consultancy.
● Bespoke and market-leading injury prevention training (IPT).
● Wellness programs designed to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
In addition, the company which is part of the Sano Physiotherapy Group, a national provider of musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy services, has achieved ISO 9001 certification for its back-office quality management system through its parent company.
BARONESS WATKINS OF TAVISTOCK JOINS ROSPA’S PRESIDENTIAL TEAM
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has this week announced the appointment of Mary Watkins, Baroness Watkins of Tavistock, as a member of its presidential team.
Baroness Watkins brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career in nursing, healthcare leadership, and public service, further strengthening RoSPA’s commitment to championing safety and preventing accidents.
The RoSPA presidential team comprises Deputy President Baroness Margaret Eaton and Life President Lord Jordan, and as Vice President, Baroness Watkins will contribute to the presidential team’s vital role in bringing RoSPA’s voice to the halls of Westminster.
In welcoming the appointment, Rebecca Hickman, RoSPA’s Chief Executive, said: “Throughout Baroness Watkins’s professional life, she has shown unwavering
