Specsavers Corporate Eyecare’s range of JCB prescription safety eyewear is synonymous with quality, safety and durability. The aesthetics are far removed from traditional safety glasses, with the collection including wraparound-style, sporty looks, and sleek, minimalist designs. Colour combinations range from the distinctive black and yellow of the JCB brand, to deep reds and blues, to metallic grey and satin sliver. The JCB frames are available in both metal and polycarbonate, with different frames sizes offering great comfort and fit.
A wide choice of lens materials makes the JCB glasses suitable for a variety of industrial settings. Plus, of course, they have undergone rigorous safety testing. As you would expect from Specsavers and JCB, the glasses are tough. The EN166 demonstrates that all JCB safety eyewear frames have passed a series of independent tests, and Specsavers has acquired a BSI Kitemark certification for the full JCB range.

The JCB prescription safety glasses are available through Specsavers Corporate Eyecare’s eVoucher scheme. Safety managers can buy the eVouchers online from a minimum of just five and there is no contract or tie-in. A safety eyewear eVoucher costing just £36.81 entitles the employee to one complete pair of prescription safety glasses, fitted with standard single vision lenses, which includes a scratch-resistant treatment. Additional vouchers are also available for lens options, which include bifocals, varifocals, polycarbonate lenses, clip-on UV tints, tints, toughened glass, anti-reflection treatment, UV treatment, reaction lenses and ultra-clear treatment. Both the original range of safety glasses from Specsavers and the JCB range are available via the same low-cost eVoucher.
Employees can obtain safety eyewear from any of Specsavers’ 900 stores, across the UK and Ireland. JCB prescription safety glasses are made in-house by Specsavers Corporate Eyecare and are, therefore, subject to the same stringent quality control as all Specsavers’ glasses.
