Jay McGregor, Facilities Manager, Fletchers Group, commented: “We are a growing legal company with ambitious plans to expand across the UK. When we awarded the contract to Pareto, it was because we wanted a service provider that could come with us on our journey and that was agile enough to adapt with us. In Pareto we have achieved this, and they have already assisted us way beyond the base contract delivery. Growing the contract to incorporate hard and soft FM was the natural next step and we look forward to continued growth across the partnership.”
