At Flourish (formerly Grey Matter Learning), we grow competent, confident carers. Our accessible, flexible online learning includes leadership training, and a free rewards and discounts platform. With over 140,000 active users, five million courses completed and a 4.95/5 satisfaction rating, social care training is in safe hands.
Offering 170+ courses – including mandatory training, the Care Certificate, and leadership pathways – Click Learning delivers high-quality, expertly developed eLearning for providers of any size and carers at every stage of their career. From online courses covering Safeguarding Adults to Achieving Team Excellence and Managing Quality: The Role of the CQC – our wealth of training courses are available on demand, 24/7. In the past year, we supported the delivery of 131,056 vocational qualifications across the sector and have a 4.9/5 customer satisfaction rating.
Our ReciteMe accessibility tool remains in high demand, with 4,000+ learners using it between July 2024 and June 2025. Integrated seamlessly within Click Learning, it supports diverse learner needs – and notably, 61% of users accessed the multilingual screen reader feature during this period.
As a training provider with a heart, we continually look for new ways to support the sector. This year, we launched Flourish Rewards, a free perks platform for all Click Learning users, giving carers access to hundreds of discounts and rewards on everyday purchases. Alongside this, Click Community, our free online resource hub, offers sector-specific tools, insights, and learning materials.
