Through many years of refining our business model, ICE now leads the market as the largest independent service and supply organisation within the market, with 65 engineers across the UK and Ireland managing over 24,500 sites and 140,200 machines.
Following our recent acquisitions, we have streamlined the various brands across the group to bring everything together under the following divisions:
ICE Solutions – Equipment and Technology: Our core equipment range with machines suitable for every environment, backed up by market-leading technology enabling customers to track, trace and report on their entire equipment fleet.
ICE Managed Services – Equipment Fleet Management: Our nationwide equipment service, delivery and training division, backed up by dedicated systems designed to help customers manage their fleet.
ICE Rental: Flexible equipment rental offering short and long-term hire packages.
ICE Direct: ICE Direct ‘Approved Solutions’ brings fully refurbished equipment direct to the customer at highly competitive rates. It’s great for companies winning short to medium term contracts that don’t have the budget for new machines, and complements our approach and commitment to our ISO and green initiatives in terms of recycling. The buying back of customers’ assets has become a key part of ICE’s business model for some time now, and whilst we refurbish and resell most manufacturers machines we have also set up a trade counter.
Our vision is to offer a same day solution for delivery, hire, service and parts. We offer an independent customer- centric approach, and we continue to embrace technology to support our customers and people. We remain focused on customer care and service, and strive to continuously improve and innovate.
We also continuously look at our product range, and the benefits and opportunities they offer our customers, in order to be able to fulfil a complete solution. Customers have a wide variety of choice in the market, and ‘me too’ products aren’t the future, as these can be sourced very cheaply anywhere. It’s the investment in the key technology

advances, both in equipment hardware and virtual knowhow that will help us grow and succeed.
We work tirelessly as a team to research new ground- breaking propositions, and really push boundaries to set ourselves apart with leading differentiators. Innovation is extremely important to us, and we strive to stay ahead of the game in both equipment and technological advances, and this year will be no different.
We are delighted to introduce our new MTech range – equipment built using cutting edge management systems technology. Each machine has an integrated touchscreen with video tutorials on how to safely operate and maintain the equipment. It also offers the ability to make an emergency call via the machine direct to the service support centre in the event of a breakdown or emergency.
Robotics continues to play an integral part in our strategy, and we have extensive experience in this area. Following on from the Robo 2, which was launched in 2016, we are very excited to announce that the Robo 3, our newest automated scrubber dryer packed with new features, is now available for purchase or rental. With the Robo 3, we are now seeing mapping of cleaning zones that previously took one hour now being completed in just one minute. Plus, it is now even able to drive itself to the cleaning start point, and clean multiple areas during a single cleaning cycle.

ICE enables you to stay ‘Smartly Connected’ by bringing together the ability to track, locate and manage your machines, all through the ICE App. Plus you can video call us through the App, and we can help you fix many equipment issues over the call.
