Collaboration is King

Michelle Marshall, ECJ Editor and European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards founder, details how to share your success.

It’s been a busy few months for the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards team, and it shows no signs of slowing down just yet.

With a record year for entries, the judges certainly had their work cut out as they narrowed down 130 outstanding nominations into a shortlist. We now have 23 leading service providers, manufacturers and distributors across nine different categories and we cannot wait to reveal our winners on the 17 October at the Church House in London.

Our awards event is a very special celebration. Not only is it a chance to shine a spotlight on our fantastic finalists and crown our winners, it’s an opportunity to take a step back and acknowledge the standards of excellence in the professional cleaning sector.

partners to our finalists, who will be eagerly awaiting their fate. But we also love to see people that may not have made the shortlist, or didn’t enter this year.

their experiences and industry insight.”

The room is full of success stories and inspiration. Yes, there may be some of your competitors there, but why not embrace the opportunity? From gaining insight into how to be more sustainable, to improving workplace diversity and training, we can all learn a lot from each other if we join forces and share a little.

With so many misconceptions about our industry, all too often brilliant, innovative businesses and organisations don’t get the credit they deserve. That’s the main reason we set up the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards four years ago: to recognise those going above and beyond, day in day out.

On the evening we bring together the great and the good from across Europe, from our brilliant sponsors and

On Thursday 17 October, the Church House will be full of the brightest talent around. Whether you’re a finalist or not, it’s time to bag your ticket, put on your finest attire, and join us for the cleaning and hygiene industry’s highlight of the year. You never know what inspiration or opportunity you might find by being there.
