A heartfelt difference TC Facilities Management utilises the power of steam to combat heartbreak.
Steam cleaning is important for many reasons: not only does it provide a healthy home or office environment but for one of TC Facilities Management’s (TCFM) customers, it helps to raise life-saving funds to beat heartbreak forever.
With a vision of a world without heart and circulatory disease, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) raise money to research cures and treatments so that they can beat heartbreak forever. This research is funded entirely by the generosity of its supporters and the heroic efforts of it volunteers and staff.
This is where BHF’s network of Furniture and Electrical Stores is critical, and where TCFM provide specialist cleaning services using steam technology. With over 180 stores across the country, these stores are able to provide professionally cleaned, recycled furniture, benefitting both the environment and those with heart disease and circulatory disease.
By investing in state-of-the-art equipment, an almost immediate impact on the quality of cleaning was realised.

This is all down to each piece of donated furniture being cleaned by a TCFM in-store upholstery operative who is trained in the effective use of the equipment and materials.
The cleaning takes place during store opening hours, showcasing the commitment that BHF have to supplying good quality furniture to their customers with each item having a ‘Professionally Cleaned’ tag to reinforce the message.
The result? Over 2,500 items of soft furnishing are being sold each week.
