Built on 40 years of flooring heritage, Marldon is committed to providing architects, specifiers and construction professionals with professional and environmental solutions for subfloor build up, wood floor finishes and everything in between. From concept to completion, choose Marldon for the highest quality products for every stage of your wood floor installation.

The Marldon MXS110 is a single component, high strength smoothing compound for levelling uneven subfloors. MXS110 can be used on most common substrates and is compatible with under floor heating systems. It is safe and clean to work with, and as it is low V.O.C it offers an environmentally friendly solution.

UZIN provides the UK’s flooring professionals with innovative products and solutions. We offer a range of high quality and ecological smoothing underlayments for new installations or refurbishments in commercial, residential and industrial environments.

Due to increasing regulations regarding duty of care and allergies to latex, UZIN has developed UZIN L3 Gold, an ammonia and latex free smoothing compound. It is therefore suitable for use in sensitive environments and fulfils BREEAM and LEED requirements. It is also rapid drying and most floor coverings can be installed after 2 hours. UZIN L3 Gold can also be used under a DPM and can be applied over old adhesives residues such as bitumen, if hard and well bonded to the substrate. It can be used without a primer in most cases and has a high compressive strength of 25 N.
