WHATS NEW?
LUXURY VINYL FROM THE BELGIAN MASTER
Unilin Flooring designs and makes luxury vinyl floors in Belgium under the Quick-Step and Moduleo brands. Proven in the commercial market, these floors are known for their innovation, quality and design integrity. Covering all popular specifications including dryback, loose lay and click engineered vinyl in plank, tile and herringbone formats, as well as the multi-shaped dryback floors of Moduleo Moods, Unilin Flooring can support project specifiers in achieving a luxury vinyl floor that will exceed design expectations and prove durable and easy to maintain in use.
All Quick-Step and Moduleo floors are also certified for pre- consumer recycled content (21% for dryback and 22% for engineered/loose lay) by third-party certification body SCS Global Services. Under the analysis, pre-consumer recycled content is defined as: recycled materials from other industrial processes, including internal cutting waste, reprocessed into raw materials.
The premium Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl collection is available in four collections with integrated underlay and click installation, bringing a fast and reliable solution in projects. Quick-Step has elevated the water-resistance integrity of Alpha Vinyl with HydroSeal in combination with a precision fit to fully close joints, for a floor that’s fully 100% waterproof. Along with Stain and Scratch Guard technology that ensures superior protection from scratches, stains, dirt and scuff marks for a long-lasting floor.
The Alpha Bloom collection features a surface structure that redefines authentic vinyl flooring. Whereas most vinyl floors have three or four depths of texture, selected designs in Alpha Vinyl Bloom now feature up to 75 depths. This means a floor that tracks the depth of every detail – the knots of the floor are particularly impressive – and a design that’s more realistic than any other vinyl on the market.
The Moduleo brand is renowned for its design capabilities, offering an extraordinary choice of wood, stone, terrazzo and concrete designs in the Roots collection. When designing the Roots collection, Moduleo’s designers paid careful attention to creating floors that not only stood out for their individuality, but that also complemented each other, so projects benefit from a unique and exclusive floor that perfectly matches the interior’s design ambitions.
Moduleo Moods has been used to bring inspirational flooring design to hotels, offices, restaurants, shops and more. Through bold geometric designs or subtle tessellating patterns, designers have used its shapes and designs to create extraordinary flooring in receptions and lobbies, bars, meeting spaces, store fronts and more. Now updated with new patterns and natural wood and stone effects, Moduleo Moods is ready to bring exciting new looks to commercial spaces.
For projects needing a fast refurbishment, Moduleo LayRed is an engineered vinyl floor with an integrated underlay and easy click installation. Fast and simple to fit, even over old floors and subfloors that are less than perfect, it offers excellent strength and stability, bridging imperfections and resisting shrinkage and expansion for a reliable click installation vinyl floor.
Through the Quick-Step and Moduleo brands, Unilin Flooring is the master in performance luxury vinyl flooring for commercial interiors.
