David Merrilees, who owns a flooring company in Preston and was present on the day, commented: “I thoroughly enjoyed the day at F. Ball’s head office. The training facility there is brilliant. It was great to learn about new F. Ball products and meet other flooring contractors, who I normally only ever ‘meet’ on social media. The staff at F. Ball were really accommodating and did everything they could to make us feel welcome throughout the day.”
