EXPANDED The prestigious Master Installer badge can now be worn on clothing right throughout the year, as the Academy for Excellence in Flooring expands the clothing line exclusively available to Master Installers.
Made using hardwearing fabrics to withstand the day-to-day demands of being on site, the Master Installer clothing line now includes everything needed for year-round installations of wood, laminate and LVT flooring.
Each item of clothing proudly displays the Master Installer badge, with many floor fitters also choosing to add their own logo. The new clothing line is already being snapped up by Master Installers keen to display their
membership of the Master Installer programme and includes the following items; waterproof and windproof black jacket, hooded sweatshirt, polo shirt, bodywarmer and beanie hat.

With traditional sand/cement screeds, drying times often extend beyond the recommended period, particularly in cooler conditions. This has the effect of delaying the installation of the floorcovering and potentially the entire project. Additionally, some economical mix ratios that incorporate more sand may result in low strength screeds that can ultimately lead to failures.
Despite its quick drying capabilities, ARDEX A 29 is ideal for pumped applications with an extended working time of 90 minutes to allow contractors to lay in larger batches with confidence and also reduce wastage associate with screeds that have a shorter working time.
