MOBILE SIZING SOLUTIONS

Global mining is changing: rising costs and environmental pressures have called time on traditional standalone truck and shovel methods. For 40 years, MMD’s innovative and greener In-Pit Sizing & Conveying (IPSC) technology has been at the forefront of this revolution.

Our flagship Fully Mobile Sizer station, is capable of processing 9,000 tonnes per hour of overburden, with peaks of 14,000 TPH demonstrated. Tailored to the customer’s needs, its high throughput and short relocation times have drastically driven down operating costs.

The Fully Mobile Surge Loader, is also designed to help open-pit mines harness the full capabilities of the shovel and experience the benefits of continuous mining – whilst using their existing truck fleet. The Surge Loader can be deployed independently for overburden operation or together with a Fully Mobile Sizer station for processing hard rock or wet and sticky ores. The Surge Loader stockpiles material and delivers a regulated flow to the waiting truck fleet. Optimised loading and increased truck utilisation means fewer trucks are needed to move the same amount of material.

Discover how our worldwide support structure, technical expertise and service excellence will ensure your equipment lives up to your expectations.
