With Anton Paar’s latest TAG (TAG 500 and TAG 300) and Abel (ABA 500 and ABA 300) flash-point testers, users can easily determine the flash point for samples like jet fuels, solvents, flavors and fragrances, and chemicals. Patented design, flexible operation


These new instruments come with an electric igniter that lasts 10x longer than comparable igniters, meaning users can eliminate costly downtimes and high running costs. Anton Paar’s TAG/ABA 500 series flash point testers have a unique 2-in-1 cooling system so they can be operated with and without an external chiller. This feature ensures flexible operation within a -35 °C to +130 °C sample temperature range.

Efficiency takes center stage with these instruments as well. Wetted parts can be dissembled in seconds. Moreover, the devices are easy to clean, which ensures sample is not carried over.
