OURPLACE is now providing factoring services to hundreds of new customers in the east of


Scotland. Our sister organisation Dunedin


Canmore appointed us to provide property management for homeowners on 30 March, 2017. The move came after Dunedin


Canmore Enterprise, which previously provided factoring services, merged with Dunedin Canmore Housing to create a single organisation. Staff have now joined YourPlace and will continue to be based at the offices in New Mart Road in Edinburgh. invited to local open days and YourPlace held owners’ meetings to discuss the plans. The project has attracted some grant funding from HEEPS to help keep the cost down for owners. Once the


work is complete all affected owners will recieve a bill. Our helpful staff can talk to you about extended time to pay if needed.
