A popular family-friendly festival returns to the region this month with a weekend of entertainment, outdoor activities, and fun for all ages. Visitors will enjoy a magical weekend of fun and entertainment at one of the Cotswold’s most well-known castle and grounds.
Fantasy Forest, the popular family-friendly festival, is returning to Sudeley Castle from July 16-18 for a weekend packed full of lively entertainment, unique experiences, fantastic food and drink and much more.
Set within the stunning grounds of Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire, Fantasy Forest festival offers an exciting day out for all ages. Visitors can try their hand at a range of craft and skills workshops, enjoy live music, watch impressive falconry displays, have a go at soft archery, explore the market stalls or listen to captivating storytelling.
A highlight of the festival will take place on Saturday 17th July when a beautifully crafted wicker sculpture is lit in a spectacular fire display.
Fantasy Forest is a welcoming and inclusive festival celebrating sci-fi and fantasy, so fans from Game of Thrones to Star Wars, Lord of the Rings to Marvel superheroes, and even little pirates and fairies will be in their element.
Day tickets are available or visitors can stay for the weekend and camp within the beautiful, historic grounds of Sudeley Castle, with the option to book a luxury pre-pitched tent or take your own. The whole family is welcome, with children under 7 free, and dogs are also welcome in most areas providing they remain on a lead and owners clean up after them.
