FutureOn Awarded Contract From Aker BP
FutureOn, the global software company specializing in the energy sector and creator of the award- winning SaaS field design applications, FieldAP, and its APIcentric collaboration platform, FieldTwin, has been awarded a contract from Aker BP.
The contract which is in place until April, will see Aker BP adopt FutureOn’s transformative digital twin software to digitize their workflows within Concept Development and Field Development Studies.
FutureOn’s unique field design applications, proven API-centric collaboration platforms and digital twin technology, will allow Aker BP to visualize subsea data, map the design of digital twin fields, and foster greater digital collaboration across engineering and project management disciplines during the subsea field development stage.

As the leading representative body for the UK oil and gas industry, OGUK is a data-rich organisation. With a strong focus on managing the security of information provided by its members, OGUK sees digital transformation as a key part of delivering industry-leading products to its membership in the future.
Flare worked virtually with OGUK staff and management to define their future digital requirements, aspirations, and ability to deliver. The strategy takes into account current industry trends and will allow OGUK to gain maximum value from its data assets and deliver further insight, value and understanding to its membership.

MacArtney Strengthens Its Board of Directors With a New Profile From the Offshore Wind Industry
The MacArtney Group will be welcoming a new face to its board of
directors: Trine Borum
Bojsen, Chief Operating Officer, Copenhagen Offshore Partners.
Trine Borum Bojsen brings a wealth of global experience from the offshore wind industry. Trine Borum Bojsen has an
M.Sc in Engineering and more than 25 years of experience within marine infrastructure with special emphasis on offshore wind farms. Throughout her impressive career, she has built up strong management and strategic skills.
Trine looks forward to joining the board at MacArtney and says: “MacArtney has an impressive history and a clear ambition to stay relevant in the market. I look forward to contributing to the continued success of MacArtney.”
Prior to joining Copenhagen Offshore Partners, a position she has held since 2019, Trine Borum Bojsen held senior management posts at Ørsted and also served on a number of boards and key committees within the company, including its working environment committee and sustainability committee.
MacArtney’s board of directors is now composed of Niels Erik Hedeager (Chairman), Glenn MacArtney, Henrik Uhd Christensen, Marco MacArtney and Trine Borum Bojsen.
