know what, we still have a job to do and we need to be the best we can be right now.’ And when things become normal again, then we’re in a position that we’re better than we were before,” Hope added.
Hope pointed out the dealer-
ship’s mindset remained the same during the past year. “People still drive vehicles. We just worked harder and we put some process- es and blueprints in to make us better.” According to Hope, the number
one reason he went to McDonald in the first place was because he loved the history of the dealership. “One thing that made it attrac-
tive for me and I think it makes it attractive to customers is we’re not real, real small — but we’re not too
