Basic needs of communities
The government of a country is responsible for providing the basic needs of communities, such as: good quality housing healthcare education and access to schools water and sanitation (for example, waste removal services) safety and social security (for example, police stations) social and recreational amenities, (for example, parks, sports grounds, libraries, youth centres)
transport and roads electricity (for example, in the home and streetlights) a sense of belonging.
