Welcome to the Oxford Successful English First Additional Language series! This series is developed to meet the general aims of the curriculum and the specific aims of this subject in order for the teacher and the learners to optimise teaching and learning, to enjoy their work and to be successful.
The National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements
The National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements (NCAPS) replace the National Curriculum Statements Grades R–9 and the National Curriculum Statements Grades 10–12 with effect from January 2012. The NCAPS provide a comprehensive document for each Subject that replaces the old Subject Statements, Learning Programme Guidelines and Subject Assessment Guidelines in Grades R–12.
