EVENTS WITH NETWORKING OUTING AT CINCINNATI ZOO Lions. And tigers. And bears! Join the Greater


Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Associa- tion (GCNKAA) as we finally return to in-person events with our first ever networking outing at the Cincinnati Zoo on Friday, May 14, 2021. The full event package includes admis-


sion to the Cincinnati Zoo; picnic-style lunch at the private Serengeti Shelter from 12 pm to 1 pm; free parking at the Vine Street parking lot; unlimited soft drinks at the Serengeti Shelter during the event; an animal encounter or two - and great prizes! This is a great employee appreciation event or the


perfect opportunity to catch up with industry friends and family.

TRADE SHOW TO RETURN ON AUGUST 12


The long-anticipated return of our annual trade show at


Sharonville Convention Center is scheduled for Thursday, August 12. While we expect this to be a great event again this year, we have had to make several changes to follow social distancing guidelines while we continue to navigate through COVID19. The biggest change is redrawing the booth layout to maximize


aisle widths for social distancing requirements. Due to this redraw- ing, we are now limited to 99 booths. Booths also have to have 8’ drapes on the sides of their booth instead of the standard 3’ side rails. If you are an exhibitor who opted to roll their booth over from the


canceled 2020 trade show to the 2021 show, we will be following up with you in early May with the process to re-select your booth. We apologize for this inconvenience but we have to follow guidelines set by the city, county, state, CDC, and the facility. We currently have about 80 booths sold that have committed


from the postponed 2020 trade show. We hope to open booth sales up to the general membership shortly after those booths are re-selected. There may still be some minor accommodations for safety, but feel confident that we are once again in a position where we can offer a worthwhile event while keeping everyone as healthy as possible. On Thursday, June 10, the Greater Cincinnati Northern


Kentucky Apartment Association will once again be on the links for the 35th Annual Summer Golf Outing. Foursomes and sponsorships are now on sale but supply


is limited. Golf hole sponsorships are sold out already but we do have other sponsorships including lunch, dinner, beverage, putting green, driving range, and bag drop. Depending on your desired level of participation in the


outing, we will find a good fit for you. Sponsorships range from $150 to $4500.


Foursomes are sold out and we have created a wait list. If you would


like to be added to the wait list for foursomes, email michele@gcnkaa. org Your $800 price for a foursome includes round of golf and cart, drinks on the course, lunch, dinner, golfer giveaway item, and entry into door prizes and contests. At the time of this newsletter, lunch and dinner plans have not been finalized and will depend on CDC, state, and local guidelines to optimize safety from COVID19.
