GCNKAACONNECT: DOWNLOAD OUR APP! The newest way to keep up with the Apartment Association
is by downloading our new app. This app alerts you to upcoming events, legislative alerts, and educational opportunities all while being a direct line to our Buyer’s Guide and the Member Directory. From May 3 through May 17, if you download the app and
email the special code in the header on the home page to michele@
gcnkaa.org, you will be entered to win $100 gift card. You must include your name and company name in the email. Winner will be selected on May 18. To download the app, go to either the App Store for Apple
Products or Google Play, search for GCNKAAConnect and click download.

FACEBOOK MEMBER SPOTLIGHTS Each Friday, live on Facebook, we spotlight an individual from
our member companies to learn more about them on a personal and professional level. These interviews led by Melissa Joy with Village Green Management, Amy Wilson with Sundance Property Management, or Jordann Morgan with Fath Properties tend to last about 20 to 30 minutes and allow our social community to engage with one another in a casual environment. If you are interested in participating in an interview, contact the Apartment Association.
COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHTS Starting soon, the social media committee will begin head-
ing to local apartment communities to highlight some of our the great places to live around the tri-state area. If you are interested in having your community spotlighted, contact the Apartment Association to get on the schedule.
JOIN OUR COMMITTEE And finally, if you enjoy social media, please feel free to
join our committee. We meet monthly on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 9 am. Meetings are currently via zoom but will be transi- tioning to a hybrid format of Zoom and in-person shortly.
