EQUIPMENT REVIEW 21

Boat lifts made in the USA T

he unique patented design of the Golden GatorVator™ boat lift from Golden

Manufacturing Inc of Florida does not employ crossbeams that can detract from the view and impede easy boarding. With capacities up to 13,600 kg, this equipment uses three or four piles, depending on the customer’s need, thus making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as within boat houses or in narrow water channels. The Golden GatorVator uses deeply-grooved 89 mm drive spools. This configuration requires less cable and is said to make it 33% faster than traditional boat lifts. Four Golden Sea-Drive® motors

make maintenance access easy and bow-to-stern levelling simple. Double-reduction worm gears instead of chains or belts provide failsafe performance.

For smaller boats, Golden Manufacturing offers the GatorVator with the innovative 500 Series Golden Sea-Drive. It delivers the same level of reliability and safety as the original motor, but in a more compact

housing. This is recommended for craft up to 7,250 kg. Like all Golden boat lifts, the

Golden GatorVator is made in the USA using fully-welded marine grade T6 aluminium with stainless

steel hardware and cables. It conforms to rigorous ISO 9001:2015 standards. Golden Manufacturing Inc sales@goldenboatlifts.com www.goldenboatlifts.com
