summer. With the nice weather and sun- shine upon us, this is the time of year many companies look at creative ways to advertise and market their services within our industry. Advertising with the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association offers great exposure to your target market in the apartment industry and we have several packages to help keep this within your budget, no matter what size company you represent. There are many opportunities - along with valuable networking - that will keep
your business directly in front of your target customers all day, every day. First off, advertising in our digital monthly newsletter pro- vides your customer with a direct link to your website as part of your advertising package. Our newsletter is emailed to more than 2000 individuals. These individuals include maintenance techni- cians, leasing agents, property managers and other on-site person- nel, property owners, property management company employees, and let’s not forget all the individuals who work for our associate member companies. The GCNKAA website offers on its homepage a sponsored company ad with a direct link to your website. The rotating ad
continues on every page of the website, never leaving the site. For more information click here. For a limited time, your logo will also scroll along the bottom of the home page and will again be linked directly to your website. And finally, if you’re looking to budget early for 2022, you

The GCNKAA also has several other ways to get your com- pany name out in front of your customers including monthly meet- ings and other events including the trade show and golf outings. These events often allow for sponsorships too. If advertising or sponsorship is not in your budget, be sure to look into one of our free or low-cost opportunities including the Associate Spotlight and the Tabletop Sponsor. The Spotlight is a one-time, half-page company editorial in the monthly newsletter.
