A Letter from the Executive Director...


Dear Members, It is my hope that this correspon-


dence finds you, your loved ones and colleagues safe and in good health. It was our hope that the pandem-


ic would be behind us at this time, but unfortunately we are still in the midst of it. On review of the current condition in New Orleans, LA and the quarantine orders in place by local North American governments, the ICI feels that it is in the best interest of our Members that we cancel the live event planned for April. We are now well positioned to conduct the Business & Leadership Development Conference on a new


virtual platform, one which addresses the shortcomings experienced at the 2020 Technical Conference & Expo. So although we cannot congregate at Café Du Monde for coffee and a beignet, we can still participate in an enriching experience, without leaving the comfort of our workplace. I encourage you to watch for updates


on this event in INCAST Magazine, on our website and on social media. We have a tremendous lineup for you this year, with something for every leader, whether current or future.


So, keep


April 19-21 on your calendar and plan on joining the rest of the Membership in this exclusive event.
