The SPE/IADC International Drilling Conference and Exhibition Goes Digital

The 2021 SPE/IADC International Drilling Conference and Exhibition will take place virtually across 8–12 March 2021. International experts and leaders will gather online to address the latest technical and scientific understanding of drilling in oil and gas E&P.
With Equinor as Host Organisation, this event will bring together international operators, contractors and service providers to address challenges, deliver improved performance and highlight emerging technologies and practices.

Alternating annually between the US and Europe, in 2021, the technical programme will be curated by leaders from the drilling industry including experts from more than 60 companies including BP, Baker Hughes, Chevron, Equinor, Schlumberger and many more.
This 5-day virtual event feature opening speeches from Erik G. Kirkemo, SVP Drilling & Well, Equinor; Tom Blasingame, 2021 SPE President and Julie Robertson, 2021 IADC Chair, along with a leading keynote, plenary, technical and diversity and inclusion sessions.
Technical sessions will address industry-relevant topics including, Drilling Automation, Novel Drilling Optimization Techniques Well Control and Well Integrity, Drilling and Completions Fluids, as well as
