Sale Market Report Calves were some cheaper this week as the feeder market con- tinued to trend down- ward.
However,
consignors are contin- uing to see premiums for long time weaned and vaccinated cattle as the current cold and wet weather con- ditions are not favor- able for short weaned and unvaccinated calves. Cattle futures gained some traction this week as they steadily climbed up and added a dollar overall to the October contracts, which is significant as we fac- tor in current events.
