Each year, the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Excellence Awards, or Excels, recognize excellence and leader- ship in the rental housing industry. Excels celebrate communi- ties, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations who make unique contributions to the industry. For the winners, receiving an Excels award represents milestones and outstanding achievement.
