tunities with the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA). We have a full calendar, starting out this month with a Fair Housing seminar. The Certificate for Apartment Managers (CAM) and the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designations will be offered in February. Brunner with BRG Apartments. Don will be speaking about his journey through the multifamily industry. NextGen provides emerging apartment industry professionals a forum to network and discuss best practices on industry related topics. EDUCATION AND NEXTGEN COMMITTEES If you are interested in getting involved with the education program or NextGen group and helping plan all of the great op- portunities like education and career advancement, please contact me. Both committees meet on the second Wednesday every other month. The committees are scheduled to meet next on March 10, 2021.
