HEREFORD SIXTH FORM COLLEGE STUDENTS CONTINUE TO THRIVE DESPITE THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
Hereford Sixth Form College has continued to provide an excellent education for students throughout the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. This continued provision was made possible through the adoption of Microsoft Teams, the use of visualisers within the lesson to offer virtual lessons to students who are self-isolating, and the continued innovation of the College staff.
The College has reduced the number of students on site at any time by extending lessons to three hours so fewer students need to attend each day. The College has communicated extensively with students about social distancing measures, handwashing, face coverings, and the importance of ventilation within the classrooms.
Students and staff have adapted excellently to this new learning environment, showing the resilience and passion for education that thrives at Hereford Sixth Form College.
