As one of the highest performing schools in Norfolk, Wymondham High Academy have a great deal to be proud of. With 1700 young people in their community they have a huge amount to offer from the Duke of Edinburgh Award (Bronze to Gold), a wide variety of music groups, sports clubs (some of their children represent Great Britain in their chosen sports) to evening events. They are a popular academy and their students travel to them from Wymondham’s surrounding towns and villages and further afield.

The large site means students have space to grow as they become young adults. The school recently won the AcSeed award, reflecting its support of student wellbeing. The academy’s timetable and enrichment programme give dedicated sessions for sports


and cultural experiences, taking full advantage of the expansive playing fields, swimming pool, hockey and football pitches.
