WELCOME to your August 2020 issue!

Well, we've pretty much had all shows & events cancelled now for the remainder of the year, so it's a shame that many of us won't be meeting up face to face any time soon. These last few months have certainly encouraged people to consider different ways of operating and lots of businesses have managed to streamline procedures. Overall though, I've certainly been glad to get back into the Farmart office. Working from home is just not the same! I was happy to take part in the Nicola Pass Photography project, to document local businesses as we return to some sense of normality and you can see her blog posts about it on Instagram @the.photostudio.altrincham

Happily our readership is still growing at a great rate, particularly around the Shropshire & North Wales area. So if you have any friends/family or know of any outlets in the region where we can deliver even more Farmart magazines, then please spread the word.

This month we have a special feature on Livestock, Feed & Animal Health. As a very high proportion of you are livestock farmers, I'm sure this will be of interest. Advances in technology have certainly helped this sector get the absolute best from working with live animals.

We continue to promote a different advertiser every day on our Facebook & Twitter pages. So please do follow, like & share and feel free to comment if you've had good service from any of our advertisers. The British are all too good at finding fault & complaining when things don't go right. However we're often guilty of not complimenting a job when its been done well. If you're pleased with the services of any of our advertisers then feel free to mention it to them and us, so we can give them a pat on the back. Of course, if you've not been happy then just tell them, so they can put things right!

All the best for the forthcoming harvest season.
