winter meeting The Arkansas County Clerks Association held its winter conference Feb. 5-7,2020, in Little Rock/Pulaski County. Election security and logistics were the center of discussion at the meeting. Staff from the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Of- fice, Arkansas State Board of Election Coordinators and Arkansas Geographic Information Systems fielded questions on election logistics. The agenda also included a presentation on family and medical leave by AAC Legal Counsel Brandy McAllister.
