The Arkansas Circuit Clerks’ Associa- tion held its winter conference Feb. 11- 14, 2020, in Russellville/Pope County. Conference attendees heard presenta- tions on justice in civil cases, court security grants, electronic appeals, un- claimed property, employee retirement, employee issues, and more. Arkansas Nuclear One Site Vice President John Dinelli also gave circuit clerks an over- view of Arkansas Nuclear One.
