A circular walk at Roundway Hill, around Oliver’s Castle, offering some fantastic views

WALKING WILTSHIRE

1. From the car park at the top of Roundway Hill, go through a gap in the fence to follow a grassy track in front of you.

2. Continue through a wooded area until you reach a stile. Cross the stile onto another grassy area and out to the road.

3. Cross over the road and through a wooden kissing gate to follow the path straight through the middle of a crop field, until you get to an opening into the woods.

Useful Information Location and parking

Going up the hill from Roundway, the road splits. Keep right, parking is just above the White Horse and marked on the map

Terrain
