Alan Wilson, who says fresh talent will be required to meet the ever-increasing demand for new technology and electrical services.


Speaking in a video interview on SELECT’s newly relaunched YouTube channel, Alan says anyone entering the industry has “a really bright future ahead of them”. He said: “I’m pleased to say the future is indeed electric as we all move towards more dependency on electricity in our day-to-day lives, whether it’s use of the internet and mobile phones or vehicles and heating and lighting for our properties. “There is no doubt we will need an increase in the workforce to meet these
