GOOD KING WENCESLAS
Good King Wenceslas looked out on the Feast of Stephen, When the snow lay round about, deep and crisp, and even: Brightly shone the moon that night, though the frost was cruel, When a poor man came in sight, gath'ring winter, fuel.
"Hither, page, and stand by me, if thou knowst it; telling,
Yonder peasant, who is he? Where and what his dwelling?"
"Sire, he lives a good league hence, underneath the mountain; Right against the forest fence, by Saint Agnes' fountain."
"Bring me flesh, and bring me wine, bring me pine-logs hither; Thou and I will see him dine, when we bear them thither."
Page and monarch forth they went, forth they went together; Through the rude wind's wild lament, and the bitter weather.
"Sire, the night is darker now, and the wind blows stronger; Fails my heart,
I know not how, I can go no longer." "Mark my footsteps, my good page, tread thou in them boldly; Thou shalt find the winter's rage freeze thy blood less coldly."
In his master's step he trod, where the snow lay dinted; Heat was in the very sod which the saint had printed.
Therefore, Christian men, be sure, wealth or rank possessing,
Ye who now will bless the poor, shall yourselves find blessing.

SNOWMAN FROSTY THE
Frosty the Snowman was a jolly happy soul, With a corn cob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of coal.
Frosty the Snowman is a fairy tale, they say, He was made of snow but the children know how he came to life one day.
There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found, For when they placed it on his head, he began to dance around.
Oh, Frosty the Snowman was alive as he could be And the children say he could laugh and play just the same as you and me.
Frosty the Snowman knew the sun was hot that
day,So he said, “Let's run and we'll have some fun now before I melt away.”
Down to the village with a broomstick in his hand,
Running here and there all around the square, sayin' “Catch me if you can.”
He led them down the streets of town right to the traffic cop,
And he only paused a moment when he heard him holler, “Stop!”
For Frosty the Snowman had to hurry on his way, But he waved good-bye sayin', Don't you cry; I'll be back again some say.
Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump, look at frosty go.
Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump, Over the hills of snow.
