Get Fit Give Back OPEN Gym, Norwich

The New Year is approaching, and so is the wave of short-lived gym memberships – don’t worry, we believe you, this year will really be your year. Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to do this though, as many disadvantaged young people who would benefit greatly from what a gym offers are simply unable to afford membership fees. That’s why Open’s gym is different, they work on the idea of getting fit and giving back – by paying their modest monthly fee of £10, you won’t just have access to all our fantastic equipment but will also be providing a disadvantaged young person access for free.

With treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, free weights, punch bags and more you won’t just be getting in shape, but the fact that you will be helping the great work of the OPEN Youth Trust charity, this might just be the motivation you need to really make the new year your year.
