2019 Ontario Quarter Horse Summer Fi- nale and Breeders Futurity
Our show just keeps getting better and
better! The OQHA Summer Finale and Breed- ers Futurity was held August 29th to September 2nd at the Ancaster Fairgrounds featuring AQHA, NSBA and Breeders Futurity classes. The OQHBF committee was thrilled with the response to our 2019 show. We sold a record number of stalls and saw a large increase in horses entered into our Breeders Futurity classes as well as our NSBA slot classes. This year we offered $11,000 in added money to our slot classes. We want to thank all our sponsors for their very generous support of our show. We also want to thank all of our swag donors for their generosity, we had enough items donated that each exhibitor got a gift when making en- tries. Our youth hosted a roast beef dinner on Friday night, and our generous sponsors pro- vided us with cheese and fruit Saturday after- noon and a pizza party on Sunday afternoon.
We had free water over the course of our show and a fantastic silent auction on the weekend. We our very excited for the future of our
show! The Ancaster Fairgrounds will soon be breaking ground on a fantastic new facility and once it is completed, we will have even more room to grow and improve!
