ORHA Nominations Committee For 2020 Election of the ORHA Board of Directors


The election of officers and directors shall be held at the Annual


General Meeting of the Association at the Holiday Inn, Guelph on Saturday January 25, 2020 1 p.m., as designated by the Board of Directors. The ORHA Nominating Committee will accept nominations for the positions below. Candidate nominations can be made by complete and submitting the Declaration of Form to Laura Henderson marketing@orha.on.ca on December 11, 2019. Position: FIRST VICE PRESIDENT Candidate requirements: • Must be a member in good standing with ORHA Duties include: • Be vested with all the powers and shall perform all the duties of the Pres- ident in the absence or disability or refusal to act of the President or the First Vice President; • Have such powers and duties, if any, as may from time to time be assigned by the Board. Position: DIRECTORS (Two+ open positions) Candidate requirements: • Must be a member in good standing with ORHA Duties include: • Daily operational responsibilities of the Association; • Have such powers and duties, if any, as may from time to time be assigned by the Board.
