ANDREW L AMPUTT SILVERSMITH & JEWELLER

Andrew is a Herefordian and the owner, in partnership with his wife Linda, of one of the most intriguing and unique Jewellery and Silversmith businesses in Herefordshire. Established in 1985.

Entering the jewellery and silversmith business in 1972, he has been a member of The Institute of Registered Valuers since 2000, joining an elite group of 150 specialist valuers and was honoured with a Fellowship in 2015.

During the last 34 years the business has established a reputation for exceptional customer service specialising in high quality fine antique jewellery and silverware for discerning clients and collectors.

The stock includes a wonderful range of vintage/antique and modern gem set silver, gold and platinum jewellery, with an array of individual silverware items to complete the range.

Andrew’s expertise extends into the world of antique silverware and jewellery having built up a wealth of knowledge over the years. The unusual and rare pieces turn up periodically, which always present challenges, they always demand closer inspection and elements of testing and research.
