THE WORLD'S GREATEST AIRSHOW! 19-21 JULY

Few events can rival the intensity, drama and spectacle on offer at the world's greatest airshow. The Air Tattoo returns this July to RAF Fairford with one of the most diverse flying displays around.

Last year a record crowd of 185,000 people enjoyed a feast of flying as the Royal Air Force marked their Centenary at the show. This year the organisers have confirmed the rare appearance of the Spanish Navy Harrier, watch this iconic jump jet fly for the first time in nearly a decade! 28 air arms so far have confirmed from 20 different nations, which means the Air Tattoo is the best place to see military aircraft on display to the public.

Visit the Techno Zone with aviation at its heart, where science, technology maths and engineering are bought to life, it's sure to inspire and engage young minds. Alternatively take a look at the RAF experience and understand more about the people and operations of today. There's also the Vintage Village with a journey through the 1940s aircraft, cars, and fashion as musical hall entertainers transport you to a bygone era, and for the adventurous there's an activity zone with high energy pursuits for you to have a go at!

As always, under 18's and parking are free. Airtattoo.com
