Offering installers a route into the lucrative and expanding world of sophisticated auto- mated window treatments, RGB Communications has an- nounced a new distribution partnership with Appeal Home Shading. Neutrik expands market with FBT Audio
Neutrik is set to deepen its reach into the UK’s key high- end and pro audio markets with the appointment of FBT Audio (UK as an authorised distribu- tor.

tor, Mark Perrins described the deal as “the culmination of a long search for the right part- ner." Renowned for its extensive range of the highest quality cable and chassis connectors, Neutrik is best known for serv- ing the professional audio and

Riedel expands in Sweden with Semafor
Riedel Communications has agreed a partnership with Semafor Mediateknik AB, expanding Riedel's distribu- tion network in Sweden. As a full-service provider of systems engineering and technology consulting, Semafor will dis- tribute Riedel's Bolero wireless intercom system to Swedish media and broadcasting cus- tomers.

Hughes appointed Sonos sub-distributor
Hughes Trade has been ap- pointed a sub distributor by Californian based electronics firm Sonos. It will now sup- ply the entire range of Sonos products to installers, busi- nesses and large organisa- tions throughout the country - including the company’s own connected technology special- ist department, Hughes Smart. Sonos, founded in 2002, has pioneered the development of wireless sound systems for use in any kind of building and con- trolled via an App on a tablet or smartphone. This can include speakers on ceilings, walls or weather resistant ones engi- neered to withstand humidity, water, salt spray, heat, UV rays, and freezing temperatures, as well as sound systems specifi- cally for TVs.

Zoom debuts new partnerships and channel programs
Zoom Video Communications has announced new enhancements and partnerships for its video-first unified communications platform. Among the announcements are new device support and enterprise management for Zoom Rooms, as well as pro- grams to empower Zoom’s channel partners. Zoom has released several enhancements and partnerships for its software-based conference room solution, Zoom Rooms. Zoom Rooms feature video and audio confer- encing, wireless content sharing, and integrated calendaring running on off-the-shelf hardware, as well as extension services digital signage and scheduling display. New features are to include: people counting: Zoom Rooms are now able to count the number of attendees in any room, providing insight into room utilization and large meeting attendance At the same time, Zoom expects to launch a beta version of Zoom Device Manager. This complimentary capability within the Zoom admin portal allows enterprises to mass update their Zoom Rooms iOS controllers and scheduling dis- plays.
