APRIL and Easter activities for all the Family with Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust


There are lots of exciting and fun


activities for every member of the family right across Torbay this April. At Occombe Farm throughout the Easter break, join our Great Big Dinosaur Egg Hunt. Follow the trail and solve the clues to uncover an epic dino-egg mix up! The fun starts on Monday 8th April until Monday 22nd April, 10am – 3pm every day, £2.50 per person, just turn up.


Also at Occombe, kids can get


stuck into some serious baking on cookery sessions just for them, on selected dates during the school holidays.


There are Spring Bake offs for kids and teens too, complete with technical challenges and show stopper creations.


Meet our animals on special


Ranger led sessions to learn more about them and you might even get to feed them too, if they let you!


At Cockington, follow our Spring


Secrets Letterboxing Trail throughout the park. Trail packs are available from our Visitor Centre in the village throughout the Easter holidays.


Discover the amazing marine life hidden in the rock pools of Goodrington on a Rockpool Ramble for families with our expert Rangers.


Especially for adults there is a gentle Wildflower Wander through Cockington on an exploratory walk to identify some of the parks most beautiful wildflowers.


And there is an opportunity to


improve your digital photography skills on a Nature Photography Workshop at Berry Head with local

The Great Big Dinosaur Egg Hunt

The Dino-Bunny had dropped dinosaur eggs all over the farm! Solve the clues to find out which egg belongs to which dinosaur!

many of our Bay’s most beautiful coastline and open spaces and run a full programme of chargeable events and courses throughout the year to help raise funds.


The annual Occombe Festival,


cookery classes, meet the animals sessions and fun packed quiz trails all help to raise funds to support the care of places like Cockington Country Park, Berry Head NNR, Occombe Farm and many other local woodlands, footpaths, meadows and cliffs.
