International Lecturer Juliana Cesano at

The Theosophical Society T

he Oklahoma City Lodge of the Teo- sophical Society in America (TSA) will

host international lecturer Juliana Cesano from Friday, April 19, through Sunday, April 21. Te Teosophical Society was founded

in New York City in 1875 by occultist and philosopher H. P. Blavatsky. Among the many esoteric teachings she offered to humanity was one that spoke of the heart as the seat of spiritual consciousness. TSA is now a world membership organization dedicated to the promotion of harmony among all people that encourages the comparative study of religion, philosophy and science in order to better understand humanity’s place in the universe. It stands behind the freedom of an individual to pursue their unique spiritual journey. “Mystics from traditions around the world, past and present,

Teir shared wisdom and direct experience of this reality, as well as their recommended practices, will be explored during this weekend,” explains Nancy Blott, presi- dent of the Oklahoma City Lodge, which was founded in 1914. Cesano is a second-generation theosophist and has been

actively involved with the society’s work for more than 20 years. She volunteered two years at the international headquarters in Chennai, India, and has been part of the staff at the headquarters of the Teosophical Society in America for the last 10 years. She is a certified yoga teacher, 200-CYT, and is currently the manager of the Quest Book Shop. Weekly studies on Te Secret Doctrine meetings are held ev-
