SAFER WELDING by Switching to
BLUE-TIPPED MULTISTRIKE® TUNGSTEN ELECTRODES Huntingdon Fusion Techniques HFT®
• MultiStrike® non
carcinogenic.
• They will strike 10 times more arcs than a red tipped thoriated tungsten, when tested under identical conditions.
• Suitable for a wide variety of welding operations, particularly effective in the welding of titanium, stainless steel and aluminium AC and DC.
• Providing savings through longer life, more strikes per electrode before grinding, less re-work, less wastage and lower power requirements.
Eliminate the thoriated dust in the atmosphere by changing to
MULTISTRIKE® TUNGSTENS
so that when there is tungsten grinding dust, it is not radio-toxic.
Conditions:
Seal MD: 1090mm Num. of bolt hole: 24 Working temp.: 340℃ Working pressure: 170MPa Seal face type: RTJ Machine: TU1100RTJ with extended support arm
The seal surface deformed due to the hardness of the gasket and incorrect tighten method.
The mounted dimension has beyond the max. clamping OD of the machine, we have to use extended arm. But we don’t know what will follow once we use non-standard accessory.

Flange OD: DN400 Num.of bolt hole: 16 Seal face type: RTJ Machine: TU1100RTJ
Conditions:
As the width of the seal groove is too big, the ring gasket hardly has any effect.
