SERCO machines allow to repair flanges with numerous diameters without having to replace them.


They have been designed for use under extremely difficult and restrictive conditions. For this reason, parallelism and concentricity settings are independent. Independent settings mean that the flatness does not need to be readjusted after concentricity has been set. Machines can be adjusted easily. Once the machine is in position, set-up can be done effortlessly. They are positioned and locked by means of a column/arm system clamped on the outer part of the surface to be machined (allowing internal machining). Machine set up is fast and easy. After a first visual positioning, only few minutes are necessary to get a parallelism and concentricity within a 1/100 of mm precision. A powerful air motor drives the tool rotation (hydraulic motors on request) and radial automatic feed (with a selection of two speeds).


The mobile SERCO Machining Units are definitely suitable for all types of flange machining applications.

Our machines and services XP range


XP machines are extra flat machines which allow to perform machining operations on large diameters (standard range: up to 2200 mm, larger on request). For example, the XP600 is designed to be used in very tight spaces (ex: when a valve on an existing piping is to be changed, a flat machine is required to repair the flanges).


The XP over the XP600 can be equipped with an inclinable head which allow to perform boring operations.
